On November 29, Ms. Kimheang Seng presented on  "Using  the Mengly J. Quach Library" to Grade 2 A and B students of the American Intercon School, Choam Chao campus. The purpose of this is to help students understand of how to use the Mengly J. Quach Library. Moreover, to tntroduce students to the provision of library services, storage of materials, how to become a library member, loan-repayment policy, and fine policies to library members. In order for library users to gain a clearer knowledge of " library use " and to inspire more students to come and use the Mengly J. Quach Library.
